SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — Transfinder has expanded its quality assurance team to include three more employees.
Betsy Edson serves as quality assurance manager, Sean Klemme is a quality assurance specialist and John Adams, who was promoted from technical support specialist, now serves as a quality assurance specialist.
In their new roles, Edson, Klemme and Adams are responsible for systematically testing Transfinder's suite of solutions, working closely with the development team to improve functionality and quality performance.
Edson joined Transfinder in February. She brings several years of experience in quality assurance, previously working with Pearl Carroll & Associates in Albany, N.Y., as a quality assurance analyst for its policy administration system. Edson also worked as quality assurance manager for CCG Systems, now FASTER Asset solutions, which provides fleet maintenance software to municipalities.
Klemme joined Transfinder in June. He brings extensive experience in applications and support, having also worked for Pearl Carroll & Associates as an internal application support analyst. Prior to working for Pearl Carroll, Klemme was employed by Lexis Nexis in Albany in technical support and quality assurance.
