The American School Bus Council (ASBC) announced that is in search of a coordinator whose primary function is to support its marketing and operational activities.

At the direction of the council, the individual will oversee all ASBC activities, support members in completion of tasks and serve as a primary coordinator of all ASBC programs.

ASBC is a school transportation industry coalition that includes public and private transportation providers, school bus manufacturers and state officials responsible for pupil transportation. It was formed in 2006 to educate parents, school officials and lawmakers about the essential role the yellow school bus plays in the safety, health, security and readiness of America’s schoolchildren.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of project management experience and at least three years of marketing experience.
