Fontinalis Partners invests in Everyday Solutions
The firm will help Everyday Solutions, which manufactures pupil transportation management systems, grow and expand its business. Ralph Booth, a founding partner at Fontinalis, has joined the company’s board of directors.
ACTON, Mass. — Fontinalis Partners LLC has invested in Everyday Solutions Inc., a provider of GPS-driven school transportation information management systems.
Fontinalis is a Michigan-based transportation technology strategic investment firm. Ralph Booth, a founding partner, as well as chairman and CEO of Booth American Company, has been appointed to Everyday Solutions’ board of directors. Jay Wurts, president and CEO of Everyday Solutions, and the rest of his senior management team will continue to lead the company.
“Fontinalis has exceptional domain expertise and relationships within the transportation technology marketplace,” Wurts said. “Their commitment will allow us to accelerate our growth and expand our penetration in the K-12 school transportation market. Everyday Solutions was founded in 2000. Its patented technology delivers real-time school bus tracking and rider attendance data. This helps to ensure route and driver safety compliance which, in turn, enables transportation directors to better manage their operations, maximize efficiency and reduce costs, according to the company.
