Seon launches Web-based fleet monitoring system
Live reporting features include vehicle speed and direction, idle time, ignition status, route mileage and aggressive driving. With geo-fencing, users can set up a designated area and if a vehicle travels beyond this point, the system administrator is notified via email or text message.

Seon Design Inc. has unveiled its new vMax Live system, which provides access to real-time vehicle information through a Web-based system that fleet managers can access anywhere without having to maintain an IT server.
Live reporting features include vehicle speed and direction, idle time, ignition status, route mileage and aggressive driving. With vMax Live performance analysis, operations can improve efficiency and reduce costs.
With geo-fencing, users can set up a designated area and if a vehicle travels beyond this point, the system administrator is notified via e-mail or text message. The system will also notify the administrator if a vehicle exceeds the defined speed.
The historical playback feature allows users to make sure vehicles are on the correct route at all times and review operators' driving activity, including any stops made.
