TransPar acquires educational consulting firm

LEE'S SUMMIT, Mo. — School transportation consulting firm TransPar Group has acquired Access Management Group Inc., an educational consulting company.

With the acquisition, TransPar clients will be able to benefit from a full array of educational consulting services from Access Management, including assistance in the areas of business operations, finance, human resources and maintenance and facilities.

TransPar, based in Lee’s Summit, was established in 1995 by transportation professionals to provide strategic solutions to student transportation issues.

Access Management Group, based in St. Louis, was founded in 1991 by Dr. Charles D. Farris to provide consulting and advisory services to school districts and other educational organizations in all areas of support operations.
