BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Sure-Lok Inc. is now accepting, processing and shipping Canadian distributor orders for its wheelchair and occupant securement systems directly from the U.S.
“This change offers our Canadian customers the benefits of a seasoned customer service team of five representatives with greater product, system and application knowledge, plus quicker product delivery,” explained Robert Joseph, Sure-Lok president.
The company’s Canadian product specialists will remain the same in the wake of the transition.
Distribution of Sure-Lok’s products in Canada was previously handled by Kinedyne Canada Ltd., the company’s Toronto-based affiliate.
