WASHINGTON, D.C. — To mark 10 years of clean diesel initiatives, the EPA, along with clean air and other environmental wellness agencies, is planning the Clean Diesel 10 Conference, to be held here Oct. 19-20.

The National Association of State Directors of Pupil Transportation Services and other industry groups are helping to organize the event. It will include a keynote presentation on past and future perspectives on EPA’s Diesel Emissions Reduction Program; a panel discussion from clean diesel pioneers; an exhibit area for green technology; sessions on emerging technology; a forum to generate initiatives for the future; and more.

The conference will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. For a full schedule of events, a preliminary agenda, hotel information and registration, visit www.cleandiesel10.com.

The deadline to register is Sept. 17. E-mail cleandiesel2010@sra.com with questions.
