Thanks Sandi and Gary. Sandi we do not have a Maintenance Parts program that many fleets use. We use Oracle - JD Edwards system and for 15 years and we made it work for us.we use RF Smart for scanning and labels. Gary you are correct our vendors are not surprised and we try to work closely with them. We do take great pride in our work and I can say "Proud to be in Manatee" Thank you both for your input. It would be great to see an article on school districts parts departments and what their challanges and victories are. Maybe SB Fleet will do an article on this in the future.

What Maintenance/Parts program do you use? Do you like it? And why?

Cudos to Jerilyn, parts suppliers like myself love to see such organized stockrooms. It means someone (Jerilyn) takes great pride in the workplace.ir I am guessing their suppliers are never surprised with retuns of weeks, months, even years old non moving inventory. Great work
