FORT VALLEY, Ga. — Blue Bird has released its new Bird Bath product line, which includes Bird Bath Bus Wash & Wax Concentrate and Bird Guard Protectant.

The new cleaning and protection system was recently sampled to booth visitors at the National Association for Pupil Transportation (NAPT) Conference and Trade Show in Louisville, Ky.

Blue Bird worked with Environmental Manufacturing Solutions (EMS) to develop the environmentally-friendly products. "Bird Bath has proven through testing to easily remove dirt and road grime, even in severe conditions," said Dale Puhrmann, Blue Bird's vice president of aftermarket parts operations. "Bird Bath has earned the recommendation of our paint manufacturer, PPG, and is a preferred product in the Blue Bird maintenance guidelines."

The Bird Bath line carries a triple-zero HMIS (Hazardous Materials Identification System) score and has been recognized as meeting the highest standards created by the EPA's Design for Environment program, including certification for direct release.

Bird Bath can be obtained from authorized Blue Bird dealers.
